Payment Policy

At The Rare Look, we accept major credit cards and the payment methods shown at checkout. When you place an order, your payment is processed in U.S. dollars before shipment.

Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 5 calendar days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns and sale-item returns are accepted. Returned items must be in the same condition received, with tags still attached to the bag and its certificate of authenticity remaining with the bag, and include any accessories or packaging that came with the order. The Rare Look pays return shipping for approved returns, including change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued within 3 business days after we receive the returned item. You may choose full store credit instead of a refund.

Payment information is encrypted during checkout. The Rare Look does not receive or store your full card number.
