Return and Refund Policy
You may request a return within 5 calendar days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns and sale-item returns are accepted.
Return condition
Because our products are pre-owned, prior use is expected. The returned item must be in the same condition in which you received it, with its tags still attached to the bag and its certificate of authenticity remaining with the bag. It must also include any accessories, certificates, dust bags, boxes, or other packaging that came with the order.
How to request a return
Contact us at contact@therarelook.com within 5 calendar days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. For a defect, incorrect item, or authenticity concern, please also include clear photos. If the return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping and fees
The Rare Look pays return shipping for approved returns, including change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds and store credit
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after we receive the returned item. You may choose full store credit instead of a refund. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post a refund after we issue it.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges. You may choose full store credit for an approved return and use it toward another purchase.
Order cancellations
We process orders quickly. If you want to cancel an order, contact us immediately at contact@therarelook.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or shipped, but the return policy above will still apply after delivery.
